Joseph Nett is an associate attorney. Prior to joining Brand & Tapply, LLC, Joseph worked at Groelle & Salmon, P.A. where he served as lead defense counsel for multiple insurance companies in Massachusetts and New York, handling claims based on premises liability, negligence, breach of contract, and property damage. Joseph graduated from Boston College Law School and received a bachelor’s degree in English and History from the College of the Holy Cross.
Joseph began his legal career at the Law Offices of Leonardo J. Caruso working on liability cases surrounding personal injury, workers’ compensation, product liability, and legal malpractice. Joseph also previously worked as a litigation associate at Merritt, Webb, Wilson, & Caruso, PLLC in Durham, NC, where he handled cases involving a wide range of practice areas, including property damage, breach of contract and toxic tort. In 2017, Joseph was selected to be on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Massachusetts Bar Association and continues to serve the Massachusetts legal community in that capacity.
Joseph is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New York and North Carolina.
