Daniel Cercone is an associate attorney. Prior to joining Brand & Tapply, LLC, Dan worked at insurance defense litigation firms in Buffalo, NY and White Plains, NY.
Dan graduated from Michigan State University College of Law, where he participated in the Indian Law Clinic, working with Native American communities across the nation on tribal law and federal law cases. Before law school, Dan graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a B.A., double majoring in English and political science with a minor in business management.
Dan is licensed to practice law in New York.
