Shahan Kapitanyan has been a member of the Massachusetts bar since 2002 and is also a member of the bar for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Kapitanyan graduated from Boston College, cum laude, and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Mr. Kapitanyan has litigated numerous cases in Massachusetts trial courts involving insurance fraud, general casualty matters, insurance coverage, bad faith, and personal injury protection. In addition, Mr. Kapitanyan has handled several cases before the Appellate Courts of Massachusetts and the Supreme Judicial Court. Mr. Kapitanyan is a frequent presenter before claims and SIU personnel regarding insurance related issues.
Mr. Kapitanyan is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
